A RESOLUTION REAPPOINTING AL BOWMAN TO THE PLANNING & ZONING
COMMISSION OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
WHEREAS, the composition of the Planning & Zoning Commission is set forth in
the City Code and provides for the appointment of nine (9) Planning & Zoning
Commission citizen members by the mayor with the approval of the Board of Aldermen;
and
WHEREAS, Al Bowman has served continuously on the Planning & Zoning
Commission since his original appointment in May 2002; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor recommends the reappointment of Al Bowman to serve a
full, four-year term which will expire in May 2030 or until a successor is duly appointed;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen finds it is in the best interest of the City to
approve and ratify such reappointment as proposed by the mayor.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Al Bowman, Ward 3, 3214 NW Vivion Road, Riverside Missouri, is hereby
reappointed by the Mayor and ratified by the Board of Aldermen as a member of the
Planning & Zoning Commission to a four-year term ending in May 2030, or until a
successor is duly appointed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri, the 2nd day of June 2026.
