BOARD OF ALDERMEN
RIVERSIDE , MISSOURI
Tuesday, June 5, 2026
9 :00 a.m.
The Board of Aldermen for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in special session in the
Board of Aldermen Conference Room and via videoconference at 2950 NW Vivion Road,
Riverside, Missouri, on Thursday, June 5, 2026.
CALL TO ORDER
ROLL CALL
Mayor Kathy Rose called the special meeting to order at
9:04 a.m.
The City Clerk called the roll. In attendance was Alderman
Palma and via videoconference were aldermen Dawn
Cockrell, Andrew Potter, and Staci Bundy.
Also present were Police Chief Chris Skinrood (via videoconference), Finance Director
Mitch Kolf, and City Clerk Melissa Mcchesney.

FIFA World Cup
Subaward Agreement
MOTION TO ADJOURN
LEGISLATIVE SESSION
City Clerk Melissa McChesney gave the first reading of Bill
No. 2026-052, an ordinance approving a fiscal year 2026
FIFA World Cup Grant Program subaward agreement.
Alderman Palma moved to accept the first reading and
place Bill No. 2026-052 on second and final reading;
seconded by Alderman Cockrell.
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Potter, Bundy.
Motion carried: 4-0.
Alderman Palma moved to approve Bill No. 2026-052 and
enact said bill as ordinance; seconded by Alderman Bundy .
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Potter, Bundy.
Motion carried: 4-0.
Alderman Palma moved to adjourn the meeting at 9:07
a.m.; seconded by Alderman Cockrell
Yes: Cockrell, Palma, Potter, Bundy.
Motion carried: 4-0 .
