REGULAR MEETING
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI
Thursday, January 15, 2026
10:00 a.m.
The Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Riverside, Missouri, met in regular session at
Riverside City Hall, 2950 NW Vivion Road, Riverside, Missouri.
The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. Answering roll call were Al Bowman, Mike
Soler, Matthew Christopher, Ray Uhl, and Gale Perkins. City Planner Sarah Wagner and
Community Development Admin Assistant Rhonda Smith were present. Members absent were
Jennifer Hanlon, Benjamin Becker, Richard Lanning, Elise Grosdidier, Mike Lombardo and
Mayor Kathy Rose.
Final Plat — Montebella 6th City Planner Sarah Wagner presented the staff report. She noted
that Montebella 6th consists of 26 lots, 25-foot front and 7.5-foot
side setbacks. All stormwater requirements have been met.
Commissioner Soler moved the approve the Final Plat - Montebella 6th
and recommend to the Board of Aldermen, seconded by Commissioner Bowman. Motion approved 5-0.
Commissioner Uhl moved to adjourn at 10:05 am.
Adjourn
Commissioner Bowman seconded and the meeting was adjourned 5-0.
