A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF E-TICKETING DEVICES AND
RELATED EQUIPMENT FROM TYLER TECHNOLOGIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the purchase of eight e-Ticketing devices and associated peripherals and
supplies from Tyler Technologies is hereby approved in an amount not to exceed Twenty-
Six Thousand Dollars ($26,000.00); and
FURTHER THAT the Mayor is authorized to execute any documents necessary to
complete the purchase, and City staff is authorized to take such further actions as may
be necessary to carry out the intent of this Resolution; and
FURTHER THAT this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon
its passage and adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri, the 4th day of August 2026.
