February 4, 1975
A regular meeting of the Board of 8].dermem~~of the City of
Riverside, Missouri was held in the City Hall in Riverside, Missouri
on February 4, 1975, at Q:30 p.m. and upon a roll call, alderpnen
Fries, 3wetnam, Vulgamott and West were present, Bailey and Grogan
absent; Mayor Czamanske calling said meeting to order.
The Mayor announced that the reading of the minutes of
January 28, 1975, we be at the next meeting of the Board of Aldermen.
West brought up the fact that someone had:distaissed th®
Riverside Levee and that it looked like the rip-gaping did not='.look
very good and Mr. West wanted to inform the Board that when the River-
side Levee Hoard was finished with it, ;it would be an asset t9 the
City: that the material now being used was for the foundation.
A recess was called and the Mayor and SQard went into
Executive Session, to discuss the Public Safety Ordinance and
personnel matters.
The meeting reconveneda
Don Hohimer of 5107 N. Highdrive presented application for
business license f~ Roy's Automotive Sales and Service at 4301 NW
Gateway (Katz Old Body Shop). This would be for the repair of
automobiles and sale of auto parts. This place of business was
discussed and it was brought out that Jack Campbell owns the property
and that the Board would like to see it cleaned up. Don Hohimer
agreed to see if he could get Campbell to clean it up. Don Hoinimer
agreed not to have wrecked and inoperable vehicles in front of the
building. The Board approved the application, subject to the payment
of the fee of $105.00.

absent, said bill was accordingly read. Grogan
Vulgamott moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 75-3
be placed on its second reading, seconded by West, the roll was call®d
and votes were as follows: ~trial-, Swetnam, Vlxlgamott and West voted
aye; Bailey and Grocp~n absent; said bill was accordingly read.
Swetnam moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 75-3 be
placed on its third reading and upon passage of same become Ordinance
No. 79-3, seconded by Vulgamott, the roll was called and votes were
as follows: Fries, Swetnam, Vulgamott and West voted aye; Bailey
and Grogan absent; said bill was accordingly read, attached hereto and

made a part hereof, approved by Mayor Czamanske and became Ordinance
No. 75-3.

Vnlgamott move that Bill No. 75-4 being bill providing for
the adoption of reciprocal agreement between the City of Riverside,
Missouri and Gladstone, Missouri, be placed on its first reading,
seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were as follows:

absent; said bill was accordingly read..

aye; Bailey and Grogan absent, said bill was accordingly read.
Fries moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 75-4
be placed on its third reading and upon passage of same become
Ordinance No. 75-4, seconded by West, the roll was called and votes
were as follows: Fries, Swetnam, Vlilgamott and West aye; Bailey
_ and Grogan absent; said bill was accordingly read, ap~ached hereto
and made a part hereof, approved by Mayor Czamanske and became
Ordinance No . 7.'~=4 .
Fries moved that Bill No. 75-5 being bill providing for
the adoption of reciprocal agreement between the City of Riverside,
Missouri, and Claycomo, Missouri, be placed on its first reading, seconded
by Vulgamott, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Bailey and
Grogan absent; Fries, Swetnam, V'ulgamott and West aye; said bill was
accordingly read.
West moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 75-5
be placed on its second reading, seconded by Fries, the roll was
called and votes were as follows: Fries, Swetnam, Vulgamott and
West voted aye; Bailey and Grogan absent; said bill was accordingly
read.

Wlgamott and West voted aye; Bailey and Grogan absent; said bill
was accordingly read, attached hereto and made a part hereof, approved
by Mayor Czamanske and became Ordinance No. 75-5.
It was brought up that there should be another clean-up week in
Riverside.
There being no further business, upon motion made, seconded. and
passed, meeting adjourned.
