didn`t accept the proposal that CFA would not accept any membership
funds from individuals, businesses or apartment owners within the City

of their money. Prior to this wire, it had been the understanding

citizens be advised since the Mayor and Board were in agreement not
to accept the CPA's proposal of $550.00 per month for three runs
and each run over three would be $250.00. The runs not used in one
