in the building. Upon motion by West that the application of Ramsey

Mr. Hedgecock was present to see what had been done with regard
to the obtaining of right of way for sewer line to go through Mr. Good-
man's property.
Don Jack advised that he had talked to Mr. Goodman
Mr. Jack thought that the sewer line would serve the
best interest of the City if it were to go through Mr.Goodman's
property as well as Mid-America Cinema's property. Don Jack said he
would talk to Don Witt with regard to the procedure, but he thought
the befit way to handle this matter was to form a contract with
Hedgecock and the other people involved in the sewer contract and
with the City. This way the City would have control over the con-
- struction of the sewers. The most expeditious way would be for
Mr. Hedgecock to absorb the cost of same, rather than forming a
district. The forming of a district would consume considerable time.

The Board had no objection to Don Jack contacting the Theatre
people with regard to the sewer going through its property, and if
the Theatre had no objection and Mr. Goodman was in accord with
using his property, then Don Jack would contact Don Witt and will
get some figure on the legal and engineering expense.
The Board was advised that the NotthSide Trailer Sales' septic
tank fell in and a discussion was had as to what should be done
about the Trailer Sales entering into the sewer line. it was brought
out that the Trailer Sales people paid in money to Jackie Green for
the Sewer but were not allowed to enter the sewer. Another matter
brought up was the fact that all the papers were signed by Mrs. Green
and the Trustees that the papers were at the bank and it appeared
that Green Trailer people were waiting to give the City the dedication
papers on the sewer until the Trailer Park matter was worked out.
It was the consensus of the Board to authorize Don Witt to proceed
with the filing of suit on the Green Tmiler Court matter.
