A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR VEHICLE TOWING AND STORAGE SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Riverside, Missouri (the "City"), issued an Invitation for Bid
for vehicle towing and storage services, with bids due September 9, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the City received only one bid in response to the Invitation for Bid,
submitted by Brad's Towing & Recovery LLC; and
WHEREAS, the Invitation for Bid reserves the City's right to accept or reject any and all bids; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Aldermen finds that rejecting all bids is in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
That the bid submitted by Brad's Towing & Recovery LLC, the sole bid received in
response to the Invitation for Bid for vehicle towing and storage services, is hereby
rejected. All bids received in response to the Invitation for Bid are rejected; and
FURTHER THAT the City Administrator, or the City Administrator's designee, is
authorized to take all actions necessary to carry out the intent of this Resolution, including
issuing a new solicitation for vehicle towing and storage services if determined appropriate; and
FURTHER THAT this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside,
Missouri , the 6th day of October 2026.
