A special meet~g of the Board of the aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri

` was held in the City Hall in Riverside, Missouri, December 23,1972, at 1:00 a. m.
and upon a roll call, aldermen Frise, Grogan, and Swetnam were present,
Bailsy, Shelton and Vulgamott absent, Mayor Cz~mauske calling said meetug to
order.
The purpose of the meeting is called for the purplse of City finances
and obligations.
Upon motion by Swetnam and seconded by Grogan that the attached statement
of City obligations are hereby authorized for payment by the Mayor and
Treasurer upon the signature of one more aldermar~"''to"these minutes, the roll
was called and all present voted in favor.
There Ceing no further business, the meeting adjourned.
