A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Riverside, Missouri,was held in the City Hall in Riverside, Missouri
at 8:30 p.m. and upon a roll call, Aldermen Bailey, Grogan and
Vulgamott were present, and Mayor Czamanske calling said meeting
- to order. Since there was not a quorum present, different matters
were discussed.
A letter from the State I3ighway Department, dated August 2,
1972 was read. It was agreed by those present that they request
the City Attorney to proceed to take legal action to abate the
water nuisance.
Mayor Czamanske stated he talked to Mr. Victor Mendenhall
with regard to mowing the weeds and stated he had been previously
told to cut the weeds in June and again in September, however
Mayor Czamanske asked Mr. Mendenhall to cut the we~e~d.~s_as necessary.
The matter of Tillison Lane aught up and the water ~/,,,;,L ,%
situation should be corrected. Mr. Witt is to call Vulgamott ~.
and discuss Mr. Rooney's problem and how he wants to widen the ~ ~~~
driveway to his business. -"

The matter of a blockade on the Diplomats street was 2
discussed and it was decided that the Highway Department
could be contacted to place such a blockade as necessary. This
is a bad situation and should be corrected as soon as possible.
Mayor Czamanske is to call Mr. Batteries and discuss the
different matters with him.
