AN ORDINANCE ELECTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI.
WHEREAS, the Industrial Development Authority of the City of Riverside, Missouri
("Authority") was created pursuant to Chapter 349 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as
amended (the "Development Corporation Act"); and
WHEREAS, the terms of two directors have expired and it is now necessary that the
Mayor, as the chief executive officer of the City, with the advice and consent of the Board of
Aldermen, appoint or reappoint two directors for the twat ending March 2, 2015;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN OF
THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE, MISSOURI, as follows:
Section 1. That the following persons are hereby elected Directors of the Authority
for the following terms with each such person to commence serving as a director upon the
passage of this Ordinance:
NAME OF DIRECTOR TERM EXPIRES
Cy Houston March 2, 2015
Pamela Darata March 2, 2015
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 16th DAY OF June, 2009.
