N:ir.utes of ::ovamber L}, 1969, v;ere read and accepted a s read. Treansurer's reports for month of Sept:mber and Jctober, 1969, were read ar.d accepted. 'r. ifyers advised he had the ape cificatiors of the Polution Board on the Sewers. I~ir. I4yens also reported on the Drive-Ir. 'lueatre with regard to grading and d ra ina~;e over 50th Street. He stated the wny the dr~:inige would be ~•,orked out :xnd said Mr. Vaughn was willing to go along; with the way Mr. Myers proposed to work it gut with the exception of the dirt fill for the road. Swetnam moved that Bill No.?.f34t5 being bill amending Ord, No.4?.1--~~5~ by adding and ar.;endinE; cert::in portions of Ord. No:~r3R~ , as follo°rs: The minimum of occupation license be ;y60.00 and that the trailer license be X10 ~i:~0 minimum, seconded by Young, the roll was eslled and votes were as follo-;,s: Brenner, Shelton, Swetna, and Youn; voted aye; Bailey nd Layton wbsent, Bill No..?~vas accordingly read.
