A regular netting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri
was held in the City Hall in Riverside, Missouri on August ~, 1969, and upon a roll call,
aldermen Bailey, Brenner, Layton, Shelton, Swetnam and Young were present, Mayor Filger
calling said meeting to rater.
Minutes of regular meeting of June 17, 1969, were read and accepted ae read.
there were no mebtinga held on July 1, and July 13, 1969, ea a quorum was not present.
Collector's report for month of June and July, 1969, wero read end accepted.
Mr. Booth explained thereaeon for the condition of High Drive andthat he
said due to eo much traffic the materiel on the road did not have a chance to compact, and
he anted that hewauld patch up the holes in the road.
A group of people were praaent to discuss the bad condition of Schenback Rosd,
tnat the duet was very bad, and after a lengthy discussion of the matter, it ass decided to
pees an ordinance requiting a certain speed limit, and that the police would stay do~ru
there and clock the people. 9mttt Bill No. 46 A-S was read, same behg Bill requiring a
certain speed zone on 3chenback Bond, said bill wee placed on its Pirst reading, seconded

reading and upon passage of ep~me become Ord. No. 4b-A-g, seconded by Shelton, the roll was called

Chas. A. Koehler presented plane fora house in Indian Hills l~po~ Addition,
the matter was discussed xitu regard to a road - Mr. Oriel and Funks were callsd to tc-e meeting
end all had a discussion. Layton moved that we accept toe building application of
K abler Building Co. thbh the unuerstanding that it 1a required that Mr. Koehler or whoever
i9 reaponeible fur the addition have a road tnat is au~table fur ingress and egress ea shown
on the addit ion map, which will be accessbhle at all Mmes for trucks hauling material, anu
other vehiciea, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were ae follows:

Shelton moved that Bill No. 343-25 being bill establishing Sewer District No. 13,
be placed on its first reading, seconded by Bailey, the roll wee celled and votes were

343-25 was accordingly read.
Shelton moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 343-5 be placed an its second

for the construction of sanitary sewer lines in Sewer District Ito. 11, 13 and ls, seconded by
Bailey, the roll wee ceIled and votes were ae follows: Bailey-aye; Brenner-aye; Sheltonpaye;
Layton-sye; Swetnam-eye; Young-eye; Bill No. 343-27 wee accordingly read,
Shelton cooed that rules be suspended and Bill No. 343-27, be placed on its

to record said easement in the reacorder of deeds office of the County, be placed on its '
