A regular meeting of the Board oY Aldermen of City or Riverside,
Missouri, was Geld in the City Rall in Riverside, Missouri on September 3,
196tS, at 8s u0 p.m. and upon a roll call, aldermen Brenner, Bailey,
Layton, Shelton, Swetnam, and Young were present, Mayor ~'itger calling
said meeting to order.
Minutes or Aug. 20, 196th, were read and accepted as read. Treanaure+s
report for month or July 196ti wsa reads and accepted. Collector+s report
Por month o1' August, 1968 was read and accepted.
Mr. Myers spoke regarding the roads in Indian Rills North First
Plat and a discussion was had regarding same.
Mr. A. Deconine~+s application was approved regarding the building
of a gresbhouse, and given building permit No• bi-7. Mr. Hedgecock,
requested permission to add on to one of his bu~idings and he was given
a temporary permit No• b8-8.
Layton moved that we accept the bid presented on the streets in
the sum of $11;.u0.00 and that Mr. Bailey havepowsr of attorney to get a bi3d
on the Indian Rills Road and contact three council members, Swetnam,
aecondsd the motion, and upon roll tail, it unanimously passed.
Young moved that Bill Ho• D-bts-lf being bill providing Por the appropriatio
of money out of the general fund o'""~ the 8it~ of Riverside, Missouri a s
listed therein to b e placed on its first reading, s soonded by Bailey, the
roll was called and votes were Qs t ollowss Bailey-aye; Brenner-eye;
Layton-eye; Shelton-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye; Bill No• D-bt3-17 wsa
accordingly read.

seconded by Bailey, the roll xas called and votes were as t ollowas

Swetnam moved that niiea bs s uspendsd and Bili No• D-6ts-17 be placed
on its third reading and upon passage of same become urd. No. D-68-17,
aecondsd by Bailey, the roll was called and votes ws~e ea follows;
