Mayor Ii'ilger advised t~iere would be a special meeting of the Board of Aldermen on Tuesday Tdis;ht, T'~a~,r 23, 1967a at 7:34 p.m. r. 13ed~es advised that .he and the other person with him, would audit the Ci_ty~s books and bring them up toc ate as of T~<,rch 31, 1967, for an amount not to exceed `~22~)0.00, if it came to less, thhen they would charge° less. It t~ras sugr;ested to write a letter to Seal-C=T~:atic Curb &. Paving Company, Inc. informing them that we wero getting ir• touch with the third party involved in the. payment. of the }valance of the cost ofrepairirg High Dr~ire add that a letter e written to watren Brenner and a copy to Junior Filger regarding the unpaid bill. Young advised t. at Mr. Dorsey and Nr. T•:eyers were advised of their bills with regard. to repr:~senting even*one who called them, re a rding the city matters and then billing the City, add that this was not in order. Young ,o~ed that Bill No. D-67-10 be placed on its first reading same being bill providing for the appropriation of money out of the General Fund of the City of Riverside, for the payment of certain indebted- ness as ]3sted therein, seconded by Swetnam, the roll w<~s c alled and votes were as folloi-as: C1^rk-d~e'~ Eskridge-aye; Layton~±eye; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye and Bill No. D-67-10 was accordingly read. rules be suspended and ~,~yton moved that/Bill No.D67-10 be placed on its second reading, seconded by Shelton, the roll was called and vote: were as follow s Clark-absent.; :Eskridge-aye; Layton-aye; Shelton-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-a~*e;` and Bi 11 '• o, D-67-10 was accordingly read.
