Upon a roll call, aldermen Layton, Shelton, Swetnam, and Young were presort Clark a nd Eskridge e~ssnt. Minutes of Regular meeting of April 4, 1967, were Pead and accepted as read. Col.tectsr~s rep©rt for Marsh, 1967, was read and accepted as read. Young msved that the city purchase a sot of the 1959 Missouri Statutes, with supplement to date, seconded by Shelton, the rollwas called and notes were as follows: Clark,absentp Eskridge-absent; Layton,ays; Shelton-eye; Swetnam-eye; Young-eye. Swetnam moved that Bill No. 270-1, being am bill vacating Parallel Street of the City of Riverside, Missouri, providing for the ioesting of title thereto and ordering the ~cardation oP this Ordinance, seeonded by Layton, i:k=x~}~x~r_~axa~}~~~:ai (this being voted on subject to Mr. D©rsey rewording the ordinance in accordAttge with the usual " ~~ wordage(1 the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-absent; - Eskridge-s~reent; Layton-aye; Shelton-aye; Swetnam-eye; Young-aye; Bill No. 270-1 was accordingly read. Shelton moved that rules be suspended and isifil No. 870-1 b® placed onffs third reading, sub~ect to M r. Dorsey rewording same, and upon passage of same becbme rd. No. 270-1, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-absent; /Bakridge-absent; Layton-aye; Shslton-ay®; Swetnam-ay®; Young-aye; Bi11No. 270-1 w as accord- ingly read, a?,proved by Mayor Filger and became Ord. Shelton moved that Seneker be given permission to obtain proper false arrest nod liability insurance coverin City of Riverside, that the same was in the a:~proaimate sum of 210.00 per year, seconded by Swetnasp, the roll was c alled_ and notes were as follows: .
