Septemk:er 20, 1966 A regalar meeting of the Board of Aldermen of City of Riverside, -rassouriw as held in the City Gall in riverside, Missouri on Septemb r 20, 1°66, at 8:00 p.m. and upon a ro 11 call, aldermen Clark, Eskridge, Swetnam and Young were present, Brenner and Layton, absent, and i~iayor Filger calling-.s aid meeting to order. Minutes of r g lar meeting of September 6, 1966, ware read and accepted as read. Eskridge moved that the City extend the wilding inspector's position for three mont~[s at the same rate of pay--,'50.00 per month, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Brenner°-absnet; Clark-aye; Eskridge-aye; Sw~tnarn-aye; Layton, absent and Young-aye. L Mr. Edmond inquired with regard to f ixirg the road to Green's trailer court, and it was decided that the parties owing the road or property o~ both sides of the road to get together to see Bhere the road xxasxicnx would be, legally, then there would be a possibility of doing some work on the road if it were up to City Specifications. Clerk moved that Thurman Nelsons building epplication be ~ proved, - seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votesw ere as follows: Brenner-absent; C~ rk-aye; Eskridge-aye; Layton-absent; Swetnam-aye; Younggaye; and Permit No. 1-66 was issued to the project. Clark moved that Temporary permit be issued to Joseph belly and Michael J. Clarke for Teen-A-Go-Go., seconded by Eskridge, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Brenner-absent; Clark-a,re; Eskridge-aye; Layton-ebsent; Swetnam,-aye; and young-aye A discussi :n was had with rega°d to Norwood road and that it was a3ecided to look it over tos ee what could be done. Yo'ngmoved that Norwood road and Florence Road be repaired in accordance with report presented by Mrs. Clark whichwas received f torn hit. Booth, repair r'lorence road for X180.00 and I3orwood road for ~1~.1E0.30, seconded by Eskridge, the roll was called and v otes w ere a s f ollows: Banner-absent; Clark-aye; Eskridge-aye; Layton-absent; Swe+nam-aye; and Young-aye; Swetnam reoved that Bill No. D-6681 being bill providing for the appropriati.;n of money out of the General f and of the City of R i~ergide~ Missouri for tie payment of certain indebtedness as listed therein be placed on its first reading, seconded by Eskridge, the roll was called -and votes were as follows: Brenner-absent; Clark-aye; Eskridge-aye; Layton-absent; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye; Bill Iv'o. D-66-1c was accordingly read. Swetnam moved that tales be s usep:ded and Bi11No. H-6r,-16 be placed on its second reading, seconded by Eskridge, the roll was called and votes were 2s follows: Clark-aye; L:renner-Gbsent; Eskridge-sye; Layton-absent; Swetnarr~-aye; and Young-aye; Bill No. D-66-16 was accordingly read.
