A regular meeting of the Board or' Aldermen ox' Uity or Riverside,
Missouri was Held in the City ~`~ailin Riverside, on June ~l, 1966,
upon a roll ca~.l, aldermen ~;xkridge, "eyton, Swetnam, ana Youne
were present and Mayor r'ilger calling saio meeting to order.
Brenner and Cla rk, absent.
Minutes of regular meeting of Juna 7, 196 were read ana accepted
as read.
'1'reansurer's report x'or the month of May, l9bb, was read and
accepted as read.
A check was received from HawE~eye Insurance 6ompany f`or ~y~i6.z1
for damage to car as res-lt of going into hole in road made by
\' company constructing sewer on March 27, 1966.

Layton moved that the city ~ prove the plans for building presented

were as follows: Brenner-absent; Clark-absent; Eskridge-dye;
Layi:vn-sye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-sye/
It was suggested to h^ve the w eeds in the City cut and
M r. Swetnam was to contact the party to see if this could be
done. Mr. Shelton advised ne would like t o try the fob as build°.ng
inspector for three months at ~5u..~U pa• month.
Eskridge moved that as soon as we could after the perople
were through escavating the dirt x'rom the north side of
High 1?rive that the City f'i~: High Drive where itw es damaged
by the trucks hauling the dirt, that several bids be gotten
for this worx, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and
votes were as follows: Brenner-absent; Ularx-absent;
r?;sxriage-aye; Layton-aye; Swetnam-sye; Young-aye/

Riverside, for the payment of carte n indebtedness as listed
there in be placed on its first reading, seconded by Layton,
the roll west ailed ana votes were as follows: BrennererabsHnt; Clerk-ads
nt; Eskridge-aye; Layton-aye; Syetnacu-aye; Young-eye; Bill No. D-bb-11 was
accordingly read.
Swetnam moved that rules be suspneded andBill Duo. D-bb-11 be placed

Layton, the roll was called and votes were as xullows: Brenner-aoeent;
Clerk-absent; Eskridge-aye; Layls~n-sye; Sw•: tnar;-aye; ana Young-aye;
