January 18, 1866 A regular meeting of the Boar] of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri was held in the City Hall in Riverside, Missouri on January 18, 1966, at 8:00 p.m. and upon a roll call, A1~ ald~rmea were present and Mayor Filger calling said meeting to order. Minutes of meeting of January 4, 1966 were read and accepted as zead . Mayors moved that the application for Taxi Service and Tow-in service be approved subject complying with the city ordinances and ttet the Tow-in service be on a temporary basis, as the City did not want to see lots of cars that were towaiin sitting around,said application being mdde by W. Carl M Calloch, seconded by Brenner, the roll was called and all voted in favor. Swetnam moved that we accept the application of D.M. and Gary Kitterman for plastic business, seconded by Brenner, the roll was called and all voted in favor. Eskridge moved that we accept Kenneth B. Kern application for Pizza Parlor with liquor license, subject to the liquor application being approved, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were all in favor. Mayor Filger reported that Dr. Gould inquired again with regaPd to Riveride going in with Gladstone for a water plant to furnish water for the two cities. Swetnam moved that Bill No. D-66-2 bang bill providing for the appropriation of money out of the general funds for the payment of certain indebtedness as listed there in beplaced m its Furst reading, seconded by Brenner, the roll was called and the votes were as follows: Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Eskridge-aye; Majors-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye; and Bill No. D-66-2 was accordingly read. Clark maed that rules be suspended and Bill No. D-66-2 be placed on its second reading, seconded by Brenner, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Bskridge-aye; Majors-aye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-ale; Bill No. D-66-2 was accordingly read . Swetnam moved that rules be su3pended and Bill No. D-66-2 be placed on its third reading and upon passage of same become ORd. D-66-2, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Eskridge-aye; Mayors-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye; and said bill No. D-66-2 was accordingly read, approved by Mayor Filger and became Ord.
