A regul~.r meeting of the Borrd o.f Aldermen of City of Riverside,
r~issouri ~-ras held in ttre City ITa'1 i.n Riverside, Missouri on Novemrer,
16,196y, at S:OG p.m, and upon a roll call, aldermen Clark, ~skri.dge,
majors, Swetnam were present Young absent for roll call only and
N:a,yor Filger calling, said meeting to order.

Treasurer's report for the month of ::'eptem er, 1965 was
read and a ccepted a s read.
Bruce "crimes spoke with regard to his owm~ng a piece of property
on rIighway 71 just. about 1 :0 feet north of the jur,c~ton of 45 and 'jl
hiahwa,ys, he sta~;edthat P!r. John. 'nest and Edgar Anderson wanted to
r.urchase the property however they w anted it for manufacturing and
fabricating fencing and selling; same and since the grope rty w as only
zoned for retail business or higher, this could not be d:~ne without
rezoning. He then reSuested hew a~hted this rezoned and he was to
contact the z^,ning board.
Young moved that the ~~ity should het s:~me idea as to how
to fix ^lorwood Road, that sha~id get P:r. South, Engineer tigers and
some of the cunt it memos rs together to see hour th' s could be fixed,

Young; moved that the Mayor sign the agreeti:ent with rESpeet to

copy of the agreement and after it has the a,proval of the City Attorney
