Minutes of Regular Meeting of Board of Aldermen June 1,1965 A regular meeting of the"Board of Aldermen oP City of Riverside, Missouri was held in the City Hall in Riverside, Mo. on June 1, 1965, at $:00 p.m. and upon a roll call, aldermen Clark, Majors, Swetnam, Eakriato and Young xer• present, Brenner absent for roll calland present remaird er of meeting. Meeting was called to order by Mayor Filger. Minutes of meeting of May 18,1965 was read andaccepted ea read. Collectors report for month of May, 1965 was read and accepted as read. John Scott spoke with regard tY th• building where White Bus servicewas and wanted to build up part of the back, which would actually improve the building, W. Brenner moved that we a ccept this application seconded bTClark, the roll was called and all voted in favor. Mr. E. I. Meyers spoke with regard to t hepipeline in the bottom ground and that the City wanted to seduce a lU0 f t. rightof way and pperhaps the pipe line could be put oh part of this right of w ey, Cla rk m©vad that we give Mr. Meyers authority tonegotiats with the pipe line oompany for 100 foot road and for the two underpasses, with the cooperation of the Bul3ington Rlt., at the coat of the pipe company, seconded bf Swetnam, the roll was called and all noted in Paver. Mayor Filger announced that there would be a special meeting of the Board of Aldermen in Mr. Dorsey~s Offies at 7:30 p.m on June 7, 1965, regarding sewers and also the pipe line. No. D-65810, - seconded by Swetnam, the Poll wea called and votes ware as follows: Brennor8aye; Cla rk-aye; Eskridge-aye; Majors-aye; Swetnam-s ye; and Young-sye; Bill No. D-b5-10 was accordingly read, approved by Maooy Dilger and became ordinance No. D-b5-10.
