Brenner- W. Brenner; Clark, Mayors, Swetnam and Young were present, Mayor Btlger calling said meeting to order. Minutes of Regular Meeting of Ma rch 16,1965, ware read and accepted as read. Swetnam moved that the applications be approved of Mr. Searcy¢~a for Lot 6 of Tract 25, Lot 7, resurvey of Tract 18; Lot 5, resurvey of Tract 25; Lot 1}, resurvey of 'tract 25; and approve the building applications on Lots 1 and 2 subject to Mr. Searcy getting the oulvert unstopped, seconded by Majors, the roll was called and votes were a 11 in favor. W. Brenner moved that the City accept Lester Swetnam~s building applicatin, seconded by H. Brenner, the roll was called and all voted in favor. for 18.00 per ton patching material, Swetnam moved/that Booth be given permission to patch the holes _ in the blacktop roads,/seconded by C]a rk, the roll was called and all voted in favor. H. Brenner moved that Bill No. 58A1 being bill increasing the court costa to ~5.U0, be placed on its first reading, seconded by W. Brenner, the roll wasc gilled and votes were as foll®ws:H.Beenner-aye; W. Brenner-aye; Cla rk-aye; Swetnam-aye; Maj®rs-eye; and Young-aye; Bill No. 58A1 was accordingly read. rules be suspended and Swetnam moved that/Bill Pdo. 58-A-1 be placed on its second reading, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were as follows: H.Brenner eye; W. Brenner-eye; C]a rk-sye; Majors-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-eye; and Bi11No. 58-A-1 was accordingly read. H. Brenner moved that rules be suspended and Bill No.:~y58-A-1 be placed on its third reading and upon passage of same become Ord. No. 58-A-1, seconded by Majors, the roll was called and votes were as follows: H.Brenner-aye; W. Brenner-sy e; Clark-eye; Swetnam-eye; Majors-aye; Young- aye; Bill No. ~8-A-1 was accordingly read, ap prove by Mayor Filger and became Ordinance No. 58-A-1. H. Brenner, moved that Bill No. 333-12 Laing bill canvassing the returns of the general election held in the City of Riverside, Apri1,6, 1865 b3 placed on its fir at reading, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and notes were as followa:H.Brenner-eye; W.Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Majors-sye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-aye; Bill No. 333-12 wss accordingly read. rules be suspended and W. Brenner moved/that Bill No.333-12 be placed on its second reading, seconded by H. Brenner, the roll was called and votes were as follows: H.Brenner-eye; w. Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Swetna~-;Nye; Majors-aye; Young-aye; and Bill No. 333-12 was a ccordingly read. Swetnam mov ed that 2ule s be suspended and Bill No. 333-12 be placed on its third reading and upon passageof same become Ord. No. 333-12, seconded by H. B rennet-aye; Clark-aye; Majors-aye; Swetnam-aye; and Y ung-aye; Bill No. 3 33-12 was accordingly r:=ad, ap proved by Mayor Filger and became Ord. No. 333-12. W. Brenner moved that Bill No. D-65-6 being bill providng for the akrpropriation ofjmone~ out of the general fund of the City of Riverside, _ for the payment of carts n indebtedness as listed therein be placed on its first reading seaonded by Swetnam, the roll was called and notes were as follows: H.Brenner-aye; W. Brenner-eye; Clark-a.ye~ Majors~ays; Swetnam- aye; Young-aye; Bill No.D-65-b was accordingly read. Majors moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. D-65-6 be placed on its second r eadinK, seconded by Swtnam, the roll was called and votes wt~e ea follows:H. tanner-aye; .Brenner-eye; Llark-eye; Swetnam-eye; Majorspay;e; Young-aye; Bill No. D-65-6 was accordingly read.
