January 21, 1964
A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of City of River-
side, Missouri was held in the City Hall in Riverside on January 21,
1964 a$ 8:00 p.m. and upon a roll call, aldermen H. Brenner, Clark,
Majors and Swetnam were present, W. Brenner and Young agsent.
Minutes of regular meting of January 7, 1864 were read and
accepted as read.
A discussion was had with regard to selling automobile
and vehicular license and it was decided Mayors and Mrs1, Davis would
work out something, whereby they would sell them two afternoons and
two evenings per week.
H. Brenner moved that Bill No.~`~0Y being bill providing
for the acceptance and approval of Plantation Addition plat, seconded
by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were as follows: H.Brenner-aye;
W.Brenner-absent; Clark-aye; Ma,jorg~-aye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-absent;
and Bill No ~6Y-7 was accordingly read .

reading, se'L~onded by H. Brenner, the roll was called and votes were as

H. Brenner moved that~Bill No.i~l~~be placed on its third
reading and upon passage of same become Ord. No.~~~ ~ , seconded by
Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were as follows: H. Brenner-aye;
W-Brenner- absent; Clark-aye; Mayors-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-absent;
and Bill No.d~o-~-`~ was accordingly read, approved by Mayor Filger and
became Ord. No.
Clark moved that Doug Seneker have permission to purchase
individual arrest card and arrest forms also a three drawerl/2
letter size file cabinet for said cards, seconded by Swetnam, the roll
was called and votes rare as follows: H.Brenner-aye; W. Brenner-absent;
Clark-aye; Majors-aye; Swetnete~-aye; Young-absent.
H. Brenner moved that Bill No. D-64-2 being bill providing
for the appropriation of money out of the general fund of the City
of Riverside for the payment of certain indebtedness as listed therein
be placed on its first reading, seconded by Clark, the roll was called
and votes were as follows: H. Brenner-aye; W. Brenner-absent; Clark-aye
e[ajors-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-absent; And Bill No. D-64-2 was accordingly

H. Brenner moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. D-64-2 be
placed on its second reading, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and
and votes were as follows: H.Brenner-aye; W.Brenner-absent; Clark-aye;
Majors-aye; `~etnam-aye; and Young-absent; Bill Nol D-64-2 was accordingly
read .
Clark moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. D-64-2 be placed
on its third reading and upon passage of same become ordinance No. D-64-2,
seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were ss follows:H.B~enne
-aye; W. Brenner-absent; Clark-aye; Majors-aye; Swetnam-aye; YoungAa~se9~f•
and Bill No. D-64-2 was accordinglyread, approved by Mayor Filger and
became Ord. No. D-64-2.
H. Brenner moved meeting adjourn, seconded by Clark, meeting
adjourned.
