A regular meeting of the Board of Al~~ermen of City of Riverside,
Missouri was held in the Cit;r Ball in Riverside, on January 7, 1964 and
upon a roll call, Aldermen H. Brenner, ~ Brenner, Clark, Plajors,
Swetnam and Young !ere present, P~ia~ror F ~.lr,er calling said meeting to
order.
Iv:inutes of meeting of Decernber lq, 1963 were read and accepted.
Treas_rer and Collector's report for rr;onth of Decernber ~9C~3 read and
accepted.
i~.ayor Filger appointed l+.a jors as a rnbmber of the Police Committee
and Swetnam as a member of the Road Committee.
Iiarold Carpenter inouired with re~,ard to the permit obta:i.ned by
P?r. Searcy for the buildi.nV of a duplex in DTorthwood acres, he w as advised
this mater has been investigated farther $nd the size of the lot Drill
not be sufficient in size fora duplex to be built.
Lloyd Brenner inquired with re~ear•d to regulations of moving h.~uses
in Riverside, and he was acvised these regulations were the same as though
a new house were being built.
Clark moved that :Ioneycutt~ s remoa~eling ap~~~lic^ti.;n be approved
subject to his c;etting the arch tect~s signature on the drawing and
two more copies of the plans be pr•=sented to the council, seconded by
H. ?renner, the roll was called and votes were as folloc•!s: H. E.r•enner-aye;

Clerk moved that Pr. i~orsey be authorized to institute proceeding:
with P'~issouri Public Service C _mmisson, seeking a rate reduct9_on rh~ith
the 1`'issouri Cities 'alater Carrpany, seconded by Swetnam, the roll vaa::
called and all voted in favor.
Swetnan: moved that Ordinance 2g1-A-1 Section 2 (C} 'oe arended
to react wherever the '.~iord or I~Tonth I`la,y is that it be changed to January,
seconded by Clark, the rollw as c^lled and all voted in favor.
