A regular meeting of the Boa. rd of Aldermenof City of Riverside
was held in the City :Tall i_n Riverside, Missouri December 19, 1963
at 8:00 p.m, and upon a roll call, aldermen H. Brenner, 4d. Brenner,
Majors, Swetnam ~ d Young were present, Clark absent and N:ayor Filter
ca. line; saf~ xr_eetin~ to order,
N9r. N;cGui_re presented building remodeling application ~^nd it
was suggested by Younr~ that all business people be notified of the new
ordinance reeuiring all businesses to have an architectural drawing
in triplicate of the remodeling, additions or new buildings they
propose to construct.
W. Brenner° moved that Per. N~cG~ire~s plans and application be
accepted subject to their being brought up to requiremen~CS, seconded by
S~~retram, the roll was called a7ri votes were as follows: H. Brenne -aye;
GJ.Brenner-aye; Clark-absent; Majors-aye; Swetnam-a5-e; Young-aye.
Swetnam moved that the chairman of the road committee have
authority to sped up to ~;:20fl.00 on snowpemoval and spreading of
Cinders, Majors seconded, the roll was called and votes were as
follows: :3. Brenner-ace; W. Brenner-aye; Swetnar-aye; Clark-absent;
PTa,ior~, aye; Yount,-aye.
Youn^ moved that we a ccept Brooks Paris resirnati.on, seconded by
Majors, the roll was called and votes w ~ as follows: T~. Brenner-aye;
W. Bremer-aye; Clark-absent; Majors-aye; S~,retnam-aye; Young-aye.
Young moved that we accept recomn.endation of Cui.ef of Police
Reynolds to hire i~ir. Joe Sharp on probation for 60 d ays, sedonded by
Tti'. Brenner, the roll was called and vote.. were as follows: H. Brener-aye;
U'. Ererrer-aye; Clark-absent; N,ajors-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye.
T3. Brenner moved Nrs. Brophy have aut ority to purchase :610.00
in postace sterups and charge the city, seconded by G;. Brenner, the
roll was called and votes were a.s follows: H.Brenner-aye; W. Brenner-aye;
Clark-absent; Trajors,-aye; Swetnan;~ ye; end Youn aye.
Swetnam moved that B'.11 Pao. D-63-22 being bill Ir oviding for money
out of the general fund of the City of Riverside, Missouri for the payment
of certai_~indebtedr_esses as listed therein be placed or, its first reading,
seconded by W. Brenner, the roll was cal led and votes were as follows:

and Young-aye; Bill No. D-63-22 was accordingly read.

D-63-22 was accordingly read, a ?proved by P?ayor Filger and became "rd.
