I-inutes of recrular :,eeting of 14©~ember 19, 1963 were read and accepted as read, Collectors s report for month of nTOVember, 1963 were read and accepted as read. H. Brenner moved that Lesmeister's aaplicati>n for remodeling house be a r~roved, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and all voted in favor. Young moved that Bill 1~io. 2~5-1} being bill pr•ovidin~; that as a prerequisite to issuance of a building permit, excluding one and two family c:wellings, that a plat with plans and specificiati_:ns in triplicate be prepared by a licensed arch tect, engineer, or surveyor and same be s~zbrr.itted to the Board of Aldermen, seconded by Clark, the roll r.;as called ar;.d votes were as follows: :-I. ~rerner-acre; ~~. ~;renr:er-aye; dark-ave; hSajor~, aye; Swetnarr~a° e; and Young-a~-e, Bill No. 255-I} was accord i.n~;ly read.
