A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of City of Riverside, N:issouri was held in the City Gall in Riterside and upon a roll call, Aldermen H. Brenner; W. Brenner; Clark, Owens, Swetnam and Young were present, Mayor Filger calling said meeting to order. Minutes of regular Meeting of D4prch _19, 1963 were read and accepted as read. Collector's report for month of Marc h, 1963 was read and accepted. A"ir. Cushing spoke with regard to numbering houses in Riv erside and stated it was almost impossible to do this work correctly without having a map showing all streets, and houses marked on it. AT r. Pease inquired with regard to the paving of his streets in Seven Oaks Addition and said he would like an agreement on this matter. W. Brenner moved that P:r. Pease pay the Attorney's fee for drawing up necessary papers so A:r. Recess was called, meeting reconveniened the roll was called and aldermen H. Brenner, W. Brenner, Owens, Clark, Swetnam, and Young were p'e sent, Mayor Filger presiding over this proporti;,n of meeting. The Police committee reported that the police departrr.ent w~~s short on Auxilary Policemen and they had an a?:plicant, Robert Shif who they would "like to r ecommen~ c~ the council .o yu~s upon, and hit he be a trainee, Upon motion by Clark that the Oity Accept Mr. shifton as a trainee policemar. ar.ci secanced by W. The matter of Mr. Wilson not completing his sewer line as was originally planned and that the sewer was running on the Klannn property was brought up and it was suggested that Mr. Dorsey prepare legal notice and send to Mr. Wilson that he be gi9en ascertain length ~f time to complete this project, and a copy be sent to Mr. Klemm.
