A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of Riverside,
Missouri wPS held in the City Hall:~on March 5, 1963 at X800 p.m.
and upon a roll call, aldermen H. Brenner; W. Brenner; Clark,
Owens, Swetnam and Yautsg were present, N.ayor Filger calling said

Minutes of February 19,1963 were read and accepted
Judge gwetnam reported the dog situation was rather bad
and the council were to look into the contract Parkville had With
Wayside l~aifs.

Mrs. Mareyfield inquired with regasl to street/numbers
for houses and she was advised to contact Mr. Cushing. Also she
inq::.ired regarding the rezoning of her property south of Highway
69 and close to the east City ~,imits from the present zoning to
heavy industry and she was advised a formal request would have
to be presented.
Swetnam moved that John Blogints application for business
building permit be approved subject to sup;-lying more prints and
A& A. Salvors, Inc. Business license a~~plication and building perm'.t
be approved, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were
as follows: H. Brenner-aye; W.Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Owens-aye;
>wetnam-aye; Pnd Young-absent.
H. Brenner suggested that the Vehicle license ordinance
be amended to provide fora penalty for all persons puz~chasing their
license after Ma.rc~[ ~,Oth of the year.
H. Brenner moved, ~i.ll'No. D-63-5 being bill providing for the
appropriation of money out of the general fund of the City of Riverside,
riissouri for the payment of certain indebtedness as listed therein
be placed on its first reading, seconded by Clark, the roll was called
and votes were as follows: H. Brenner-aye; W. Brenner-aye; Clark-eye;
Swetnam-eye; Owens-aye; Young-absent; and Bill No. D-63-5 was adcordingly
read.

be placed on its second reading, seconded by Swetr.arr,, the roll was called
and votes were as follows: H-Brenner-aye; W.Brenner-aye; Owens-aye;
Clark-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-abs=:nt; Bill No. D-63-5 was accordingly
read.
Clark moved that rules b e suspended and Bill No. D-63-5 be
placed on its thtfid reading and upon passage of same become Or.•d. No.
D-63-5, seconded by H.Brenner, the roll was ca'.l.ed and votes were as
follows: H.Brerner-she; W.Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Owena-aye; Sr„~etnam-eye;
Young-absent, and Bill No. D-6385 was accordingly read, a;-~ roved by
Mayor F~lger and became Ord. No. D-63-5.
