A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of City of
Riverside, Missouri was held in the 8ity Hall in Riverside, Missouri
on January 15, 1863 at 7:30 p.m. and upon a roll call, aldermen Clark,
H. Brenner, W. Brenner, Owens, Swetnam were present, Young absent,
and Mayor Filger telling said meeting to order.
Minutes of roasting of ~~~u~~~t.2~g~~63 were read and accepted.
Treasurer and C~allector s/reports were read and accepted.
H. Brenner moved the bank account in Farmers Exchange Bank
in Parkville be transferred to Riverside Bank, seconded by Clark,
the roll was called and votes were as follows: H.Brenner-aye; W.Brenner-aye;
Clark-aye; Owens-aye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-absent.
H.Brenner rowed the application of W.Brenner and Rose Filger
for apartment buildings be approved and Mr. Moore's application for garage
be approved, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were as
follows: H.Brenner-aye; W.Brenner-aye; Clark-ale; Owens-aye; Swetnam-aye;
and Young-absentl.
H. Brenner moved that Bill No. D-63-2 being bill providing
for the appropriation of money out of the general fund of the City of
Riverside, Missouri for the payment of certain indebredness as listed there-
in be placed on its first reading, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called
and votes were as follows: H-Brenner~l-eye; W. Brenner-aye; Clark-aye;
Owens-aye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-absent; Bill No. D-63-2 was accordingly
read.
Swetnam moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. D-63-~
be placed on its second reading, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and
dotes were as follows: H.Brenner-aye; W.Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Owens-aye;
Swetnam-aye; and Young-absent; Bill No. D-63-2 was accordingly read.
Clark moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. D-63-2
be placed on its third reading and upon passage of same become Ord. No.
D-63-2, seconded by H.Brenner, the roll was called and votes were as
fo Mws, H.Breimer-aye; W.Brenner-aye; Clark-aye; Owens-aye; Sretnam-aye;
and Young-absent; Bill No. D-63-2 was accordingly read, approved by
May or Filger and became Ord. No. D-63-2.
H. Brenner moved meeting ad~ounn, seconnded by W. Brenner
meeting ad~jnurned.
