A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of City of Riverside,
Missouri was held in the City Hall in Riverside, Missouri on December L4,, 1962,
at 8:00 p.m. and upon a roll call, aldermen Clark, Owens, Swetnam and ~Foung
were present, H. Brenner and W. Brenner, absent.
Minutes of meeting November 6 and November 20, 1962 were read
and accepted as read. Colleetor~s report for November 1962 was read and
accepted.
The matter of Liquor License and Occupatioh License would be
discussed when all alderman are present.
Mayor Filger to contact the U. S. or Missouri Highway Department
regarding no parking signs on U.S. 69 Highway from its junction with 71 to
P^st City Limits.
More information was to be secured with bl~gard to the installation
of culverts by Booth for Greystone Apts.
Clark moved that we accept E. H. Youngts application for building
.:dr port, seconded by Swetnam, the-roll was called and votes were as follows:
H.Brenner-absent; W.Brenner-absent; Clark-aye; Owens-aye; Swetnam-eye; and
Young-ape.
Clark moved that we accept McKeon~s Liquor License application
for selling liquor by the drink, seconded by Owens, the roll was called and
votes were as follows: H.Brenner-absent; W.Brenner-absent; Clark-aye; Owens-aye
Swetnam-aye; Young-ayel
Application for
Young moved that we approve Brooks Paris/as Auxilary Patrolman
and employ him as same, seconded by Clark, the roll wes called and votes were
as follows: H.Brenner-absent; W.Brenner-absent; Clark-eye; Owens-aye;
Swetnam-aye; and Young-aye.
Youn~3 moved that Bill No. D-62-22 being bill providing for the
~propriation of money out of the general fund of the city of R=verside for
~® payment of certain indebtedness as listed therein to be placed on its
first reading, seconded by Clark, the roll wes called and votes were as follows:
H.nrenner-absent; W.Brenner-absent; Clark-afpe; Owens-aye; Swetnam-aye;
"sung-aye; and Bill No. D-62-22 was accordingly read.
Swetnam moved that rules be suspended and Bill P:o. D-62-22
be placed on its second reading, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and
votes were as follows: H-Brenner-absent; W.prenner-absent; Clark-eye;
^wens-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye; and Bill No. D-62-22 was accordingly
ead.
Clark moved that rules be suspended and Bill D?o. D-62-22
be placed on its third reading and upon passage of same become Ord. No.
D-62-22, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes weore as
follows: H.Brenner-absent; W.Br•enner-ab,aent; Clark-aye; Owens-aye;
Sw~nam-aye; Young-aye; Bill No. D-62-22 was accordingly read, approved
by Mayor F?lger and became Ord. No. D-62-22.
Young moved meeting adjourn seconded by Owens, meeting
adjourned.
