tell th®m; however the reasons at le ast a d ozen of them, did make sense;
Mr. Young however would like to have more information in writing. It was
Mr. Youngs understanding from the conversation that the Water Company
could baild the water tower there regardless whether the city rezoned
it for that purpose or not, however the water c ompan y requested the
rezoning for better relationship in the City.
Swetnam advised hicalled Mr. Higland of the Fed®ral Aviation Assoc.

they did not want to go to the expense of an engineer before the tract

Swetnam said 3n his conversation with rir. H~~land, Mr. Higland asked
if the City had a set of plans and when he heard they had not, he thought
that was silly as they have to submit them a set of plans before the
tower can be approved.

they would always have another line to use.
