Brenner, Clark, O'..ens, Swetn;~n s_nd 'Young '~'=xa pr©sent, W. Brenner, a'osent ~~nc p,~~yor Filger calling said meeting to ~ der. Searcy spoke with regard to his house in i3~ thwood acres acing closer to front property line than prescribed bg ordinance, and upon motioh b, Young that said matter be taken under consideration, and seconded by H. Brenner, the roll was called and votes were as follows; H.Brenner-aye; W. Brenner-absent; Clark-aye; Owens-aye; Swetnam-aye; ~.nd Young-aye. ~, Mr. John Mar ~ all inquired if the City Could use a building insg ctor as he stated he had the qualifications for s^me. He is now the building inspector at Lake '~Jaukomis and also for Macy~s Store, he has done many other fobs with regard f;o inspecting buildings and had all necessary data for same. He slated he would charge a small fee for each inspe ction as he makes inspections at certain stages of the buildings and thou ght it would t~bably cost 10.00 per building and perhaps less in some cases. He is also qualified to ins~~: ct lsxge I»isi_~oss buitdi~.s. Young moved that the gravel roads be bladed and gravel placed on them where abdolutely necessary, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were as folldrs: H.Brenner-aye; 'sd.Brenner-absent; Cl~rk-sye; Owens-aye; Swetnam.-aye; and Young-aye. H. Brenner moved that Searcy be given permission to proceed with his building, sec: nded by Owens, the roll was called and votes were as follows: H.Brenner-aye; W.Brenner-absent; Clark-aye; Owens-aye; S'r~etnam-aye; and Young-aye. H.Brenner moved that Bill No. D-62-11 being bill g~oviding f'or appropriation of money out of the General Fund of the City of Riverside for the payment of certain indebtedness as listed therein b e placed on its first reading, second•sd by Clark, the roll was called and votes were as follows: H-Brenner-aye; W. Brenner-absent; Clark-aye; Owens-aye; Swetnam-aye;. and Young-aye; Bi11No. D-62-~1 wasaeeordingly read. Clark moved tht~ rules be suape nded and Bill No. D-b2-11 be p]a ced on its second reading, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were as follows: H.Brenner-ay®; jn1.
