to order.
Due to the many problems to be handled, Mayor Fil~;er
rea,ue.sted the dispensing of the reading?; of the rrii.nut~as of regular
meeti.n~; of April 17,1,62.
Young; mo~,~ed that Norvi.lleP~elson be a;;~poi.nted Building
inspector, rrovided he will take the job, seconded by Is. ?jrenne~,
the-roll was called and votes were as follows: H. r%renner,aye;
',~'. ~rer.ner-aye; Clark-aye; Ot-yens-aye; wetnan;-ave; and Young-aye.

Judge Swetnam requested that A~;torney Dorsey be requested to
draw up ordinance re~r_,ardi.ng stolen property in possession, and upon
motion by LI. Brenner that Dorsey draw up ordinance to t ~t effect
and seconded 'ry Clerk, the roll was ca7_led and all voted in favor.

cut atiaay a bank and perhaps Cider, the road or just put the road

the Council advised this matter would have to be looked into and

Siren F~'und, and upon motion by G1. Brenner that said check be
placed in City's safety deposti box, ar,d seconded by Swetnat;t, the

Mayor Fi1r*,er advised E. I~ Nyers, City Engineer, mentioned
the feet that hew ^s never paid the sum of ;;478.21+ for services
by h'm with regard to ±:he lavey, Young sur~;;ested the City advance
the ^aid sum and w'aen the benefits are derived that this rconey c:_~n
be refunded by <<^.ssessi.n^ the people w',,o wil7. benefit Eros, the Levey,
ar.d stated that if th.e city is not r;imbursed th's ar,ount, that he
~:Tould see to it t'_~:at. it would ba. Clark moved that the City
pay E, r. I~iyers the sum of x':878.21+ for services rendered acco ant

apartments buildings be extended and upon motion by Young that
the date of his pern;it be extended for six months from this date,
seconded by C1arh, the roll was called and all voted in favor.
