Ernest Renner spoke with re~;zrd to his pres°rting
application for 3.2 beer 7.i.cense and that it caused such pppositi;;n
and petitions to be ci_rcucZated that he wished to withdraw said
applic~?tion.
Pairs. Bill Brophy inquited with regard to IDiquor license
and ~nrordered if people could hold same and not use them, she wss
advised the 1' tense stage~dd with the btaildint and could not be
tr<^:rsferred. and it w::s up7~he license ho]_der whether they wanted
to sell the lic;uor.
Judge Swetnem t'nanked all the people who su,:ported him.
Mrs. Spain thanked the people w::o requested her to be

territory) names en it requesting no further liquor license be

Swetnan. reported that Nelson and he looked <: ~. the

Young spoke with regard to the special meeting that
Mr. Wilson and his attorney were to meet with Mr. Dorsey for
seti33ng the road constructs n matter in the Cre,ystone Apartn:er.ts
adc'.ition, and a plan was presented. Si.r.ce this matter could not
be a~creed upon, Mayor viler called a special meeting for Saturday,
P.pril 7 at 2:00 p.m.
ii. F.renner moved that the ladies rest room be brought up
to workin~° order, seconded by Clark, the roll was c ailed and all
voted in favor.
Swetnam moved that the city council ke furnished cop
of o dinances of Rive^side, but it was decided to wait on this
matter unti_1 cost of same ar:d other information could b e gotten.
H. Brer_ner moved that Bill D'o. D-BS2-7 being bill providing
for the appropriation of rr:oney out of the general fund of the City
for the payment of certain inde';tedness as listed therein be placed
