Minutes of regular meeti.ne of February 7, 1961 were read and accepted as read. _.Swetnam reported that he received comaplaint from party that Prince ~'ra.i.ler Park S?wer was again running on top of tine ground and on other people~~ prop/ rt~:ss. Klarn.~n moved that rules be suspended and Bill Teo. 255A1 be placed on i_ts first reading, said bill amending Section 22 of Ordinance No. 25, by fire add.tion of a clause requirir.,, all new construction in District A or District B as defined by the Ordinance ATO. 34 of the City of Riverside, A'.issouri to meet the mLr.i:nun requirements of the Federal Housing Administration of the United Statesof America as such requirements now exist, seconded by C1ar, the roll was c tilled and votes were =,s follows: Clark-aye; Klamm-aye; Nelson-aye; i'.cKeon-absent; Swetnam-a~ee Young-aye; and Bill No. 2~5A1 was accordingly read. Nelson moved that rules be suspended and Sill No. 255A1 be placed cn its second reading, seconded by Klamm, the roll was called and votes w-re as follows: CJ.ark-a~;re; Klamm-aye; A?elson-aye; Swetnam-aye; T~1cl:eon-absent; Young-a,ye; and B~.J.l r`o. 255A1 was accordingly regd. Klamm moved that rules be suspended and B'11 No. 25~A1 be placed on its third read?ng and upon passage of Same become Ord. No. 255A1. Klamm moved that Bill No. 213-1 being bill prohibiting the operation of a vehicle in a careJr-ss and imprudent manner upon the streets of the City of Riverside, Missouri and providing for the punishment for violation thereof, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-a;y*e; Klamm-aye; Nelson-aye; McKeon-absent; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye; and Bill No. 213-1 wasa ccordingly read. Clark moved that rules be suspended and Bill Pio. 213-1 be placed on ` is second reading, seconded by Klamm, the roll was c ailed and votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klamm-aye; Nd.eon-aye; McKeon-absent; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye; and Bill No. 213-1 was accordingly read.
