A regular meetin~;~ of the bo<rd of aldermen of City of
Riverside, Missouri w~^s held in the City Hall in Riverside, Passouri
on Narch ~, 1960 at ':O0 p.ro. and upon a roll call, aldermen Clark,
Nelsop, T`cKeon, Swetnam and Youn`r were present, Klamm absent and
P.ayor Filr-er calling;said meeti.ng° to order.
P.inutes of meatin~ of February 16, 1960 were read and
,~cc~;pted as regd.
The peenle inquiring; with retard to opening the
shootinU rangy°e on Highwry 45 were inquiring if it was okay for
them to open. It ~,ras fund out that there was aseptic tank
installed by the previous owners, and all that wr s necessary now
was fora pump, the council approved the license a-,~plicati n subject
to it bein,r_, okayed by the county sanitarian and t'~~ou~;ht the license
should be tt~e same as before, ~;25.00.
t~r. N!archel of the Southweat ern Bell Telephone Company
again asked i.f there was same way that the peo;>le w ,~uld a`ree to

Clark moved that the itoms listed in Asst C;.i.ef of
Police Seneker's letter of parch 1 1960 be approved for Seneker
to purchase, namely 6 "pistol team' cloth patcr,es, aY proxinately
9.00 and that arrLrnznition fired in a reco nixed pistol watch
need not be d educted .from the officers 1~2 box per month allotment
and stated about ~4. 0 worth of reloaded anm~unition was fired at the
lsst n;tach, also that tip30.00 be approved f or the purchase of miarophores
an;pli fyer Fc i~ri]~, etc for installing ir_ the jail cells, labor will be
donated, seconded by T%iKeon, the roll was called and votes were a s
follows: Clark-a;;-e; Klamm-absent; Nelson-aye; NcK_eon-aye; Swetnam-a ~*e;
Young;-aye.
nelson ru wed that rules be suspended and Bill No. D-60-4
be placed on its first reading;, sane providing for the appropriation
of n;ore out of the r. er.eral fund of the City of Riverside for the
pa=rntent of certain indebtedness a s follows:
