Minutes of Regular Meeting of Board ®f Aldermen of City of Riverside, Missouri A regular meeting of the Boardof Aldermen of City of Riverside Missouri was held in the city Hall in Riverside, Missouri on May 19, 1959 at 8:00 p.m. and up®n a roll call, aldermen Klamm, Nelson, Swetnam, and Young were present, Clark and McKeon, absent; and Niayor Filger calling said meeting to order. Mr. Harold L. CoffYnan, stated~h wes a CPA and would. like to audit the city's books, and he was a~ the matter would have to be discussed further and he would be advised. Young moved that estimates for oiling several roads in Riverside, be gotten and also a pr_ce on patching the black top roads be ®btained, seconded by Nelson, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-abs~:nt; Klarrxn-aye; le'elson-aye; McKeon-absent; Swetnam-aye; and Young-aye; Young moved that Swetnam's building permit be app roved, seconded by Klamm, the rollwas called and votes were as follows: Clark-absent; Klamm-aye; Nelson-aye; McKeon-absent; Swetnam-aye; and ~'oung-aye. It was sug;;ested that a letter be written Mr. Charles of the Platte County Health Department stating that the policeman would be glad to go with him to visit certain residents in the City and fmr It n. Charles to state the time and date he wanted to do it. Young moved that the Gas Service Compare leave with the City of Riverside a Cashier's check in the sum of 500.00 on d epodt in view of their request for laying a pipe line on Valley Drive, seconded by Klamm, the roll was called and v®tes were as follows: Clark-absent; Klamm-sye; Nelson-aye; McIfdon-absent; Swetnam-aye; and Young-aye. Young moved that all building a_~plications before they are approved bit the Board of Aldermen must have a certificate of approval from the County Health Bmatd, seconded by Klamm, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clarkpabsent; Klamm-sye; Nelson-aye; McKeon-absent; Swetnam-aye; and Young-aye. Klamm moved that Bill No. 338 being bill accepting the pledge agreement with regard to the City of Riverside's savings and that x$35,000.00 be placed in the savings account, seconded by Nelson, the rollwas called and votes were as follows: Clark-absent; Nelson-afire; Klamm-aye; McKeon-absent; Swetnam-aye; and Young-aye; Bill No. 338 was accordingly read. ilea be suspended and Klamm moved that/Bill No. 338 be placed on its second reading, seconded by Nelsons the rollwas called and votes were as foll®ws: Clark-;Klamm-aye; Nelson-aye; McKeon-absent; Swetnan -aye; Young-aye; and.
