Minutes of Regular Meeting of Board of Aldermen of City of Riverside, Mo. July 21, 1959 A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside, Missouri was held in the City Hall in Riverside, Mo., on July 21, 1959 at 8s00 p.m. and upon a roll call, aldermen Clark, N~~son, McKeon, and Swetnam were present, Klamm and Young absent. Minutes of Meeting of duly 7, 1959 were read and accepted as read . ° Nelson moved that Ordinance 84, Section 3, be amended to read that it would be unlawful to have any pigs, hogs or swine in any residential zone in the City of Riverside, seconded by Swetnam, the roll was called and votes were as followss Clark-aye; Klamm absent; Nelson-aye; McKeon-aye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-absent. Clark moved that building permits of Cresson and Cbud be approved and Mr. Moore's be approved subject to his providing $t~more detailed description of the location of his property, second by Nelson, the roll was called and votes were as follows, Clark-aye; Klamm-absent; Nelson-aye; Swetnam-aye; McKeon-aye; and Y©ung-absent. Asst. Chief of Police Seneker stated the water pump in the City Hall Building was badly in need of repair and it was suggested that he inquire with regard to repairing same. Bill No. 1024 was accordingly read. Clark moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 1024 be placed on its third reading and upon passage of same become Ord. No. 1024, seconded by Nelson, the roll was called and votes were ai Pollowss Clark-a e; Klamm-absent; Nelson-aye; McKeon-aye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-a; Bill No. 1024 was accordingly read, approved by Mayor Fdlger and became Ord. No. 1024. Nelson moped meeting adjourn, seconded by Clark, meeting adjourned Read and approved as read this 4th day of August, 1959.
