Aldermen of City of River- Side, Missouri was held in the City Mall in Riverside, I*io. on Augg 1:;, 1959 at 8:00 p.m. and upon a roll call, aldermen Clark;<~Klarruni"13elson; N`cKeon; Swetnam and Young were pr s :nt, TTa,~ or Filger calling; said meeting to order. Young moved with second by Clark that we omit reading minutes of last regular meeting, and all voted in favor. Treasurer's report ftm month of Jul~r, 1959 s•Jas read and accepted as read. Young moved we have ordinance drawn up to regulate driveways and culverts to be written faith help of City Engineer E. I. P•4yers and City Attorney Dorsey, seconded by itlar-,m, the roll was called and all voted in favor. Clark moved that City Attorney Dorsey be given copy of allminutes, seconded by Ptelson, the roll was called and all voted in favor. Nelson moved that bill No. 206A1 be placed on its first reading, said bill providing for the amending of Paragraphs C and D of Sec. 1 of Ordinance No. 206 and deleting See. 2 of said Ordinance No. 206, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klemm-aye; Nelson-aye; McKeon-aye; Swetnam-aye; Young-aye; and bill No. 206A1 was accordingly read. Clark moved that rules be suspended and bill No. 206A1 be placed on its second reading, seconded by McKeon, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klemm-aye; Nelson-aye; Swetnam-aye; McKeon-aye; Young-aye; and Bill No. 206A1 was accordingly read. Nelson moved that rules be suspended and bill No. 206A1 be placed on its third reading and if same be passed become Ordinance No. 206A1, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klemm-aye; Nllson-aye; McKeon-aye; Swetnam-aye; and Young-aye; Bill No. 206A1 was accordingly read, approved by Mayor Filger and became Ord. No. 20bA1. Klemm moved that Bill No. 1026 being bill providing for the appropriation of funds out of the general fund of the City of Riverside, Missouri for the payment of certain indebtedness as follows be placed on its first readings Donald L.
