1958, at 8:00 '?, ~' :~nd ur..on a roll call, al:~ermen Clark, Klamm,
`:elson, ~'cY-eon, "crivner and- Young wer: present and Y'ayor Filter

to o^erate the r_din~ stables at Sky-Line tot el and he was advi ed

A plat was presented to thecouncil representing Y>rop~~rty
owned by ?'r. Petty john in $iverside, Missouri, Said proper•~y is on
a? thside of Hi~hdrive Road and plat was presented fer the councils
a~, royal, n_fter examine; saidplat, Klamm moved that the Flat be given
to City Attorney `;orsey for his aprroval and then if' he approved same,
the Cit`r would accept it, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and
all voted in favor.

repo sted permission to erect two sign boards in Riverside, }.iasouri
for the purr,ose of directin. people to holies open for viewing in
Lalf side Country Cl•tnp in Platte County, and after discussion on same,
it kras decic.ed ;ith motion by Klamm and seco~l ed by Young. that
-'r, Horsey be contacted and if' possible have him look into the possibility
of ~rantine p~rmis:ion to said advertising company 'or a to'mporary permit
for a period of 45 days alt .e rate of co: t of :;;;15,00 per sign board
and ;,50.00 bond per sin bo~.rd to assure the removal of same, The roll

and after a discussion on same, it was aecided the buda.et would not
permit this work to be d:~ne this year, but thore was a possibility that
the work might yet done next year,

to pave High`rive Road, seconded by Klamm, the roll bras called and all
vot°d in favor.
