August 19, 1958 at ~i:00 p.m. Upon a roll call, Aldermen Clark, 24cKeon, Nelson, Scrivner, Young were present and Klamm absent. Mayor Filger calling said meeting to order. Minutes of meeting of August 5, 1958 were read and accepted as read. Treasurers report for month of July, 1 958 was read and accepted. Mrs. Keller presented profile of road on her property which extended from Indian Bills to her property and then into Clay County, the portion in Riverside, Nii.:souri being 1Q0 feet long; by 50 feet wide. The coszncil approved of the plat of the road. Clark moved that a resolution be written the St<_ with regard to installing directional lights and at 3unction of U.S. Highway 71 and 69 while said under construction, seconded by Nelson, the roll votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klamm-absent; McKeon-aye; and Young-afire. to Highway Department caution lights 3unction is being wa s ~ alled and Nelson-aye; Scrivner-aye Clark moved that Bill No. 328 being bill providing for amending Section 5 of Ordinance No. 287 of the City o f Riverside, rlissouri, by enacting anew section 5 in lieu thereof providing for the filing of statements of :;toss receipts within fort,;-five days following the end c each three month period, seconded by N:eKeon, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klamr~-absent; McKeon-aye; Nelson-aye; ScrivneBeaye; Young-aye; and Bill P;o. 328 was accordingly read. Nelson moved that rules bee uspended and bill No. 328 be placed on its second reading, seconded by Clark, the roll was called and votes ore re as follows: Clark-aye; Kalt~un-a~OSent; Nelson-a.ye; McKeon-aye; Scrivner-aye; Young-aye; and Bill No. 328 was accordingly read. Scrivner moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 328 be placed on its third reading and upon passage of sr me becane Ord. Iu'o. 328, seconded by Nelson, the roll was called and votes were as follows: Clark-aye Klamra-absent ricKeon-aye; Nelson-aye; Scrivner-aye; and Young-aye. Bill P'o. 328 was accordingly read, approved by r:ayor Filger and became Ordinance No. 328.
