A re;ular meetin; of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside
Missouri was held in the City Ha 11 in Riverside, N~issouri, September 16,
1958 at 8:00 p.m. and upon a roll call, Aldermen Clark, Klamrri, D~elson,
T~.cKeon, Scrivner and Yount were present, T4ayor Filger calling said
rmeetinc to order.

Treasurer's report fm month of Au`ust/was read and accepted as read,
Visitors I%essrs, 1Ji11iams , Renner and Pursell were present with
regard to rezonins i:roperty in Riverside on the westside of 71 highway
and north of its junction with 69 highway, but it was aaggested that
they contact the zoning bo^rd as this matter in t!°:issta~e would have
to be taken upwith the zoning board.
A discussion was had witYr regard to the road on the west boundry of
R~.verside, and it aas advised that the special road district would
go in half on the fixing of the road, that is on the ~.ra vel and
if the City would furnish the tubing needed on said road, it would be
installed by the special road district,
It laas moved by Nelson that the City of Riverside furnish one-half
of the gravel for the 'Vest Boundry Road up to 40 loads and furnish t'ne
lbubing, the special roadidistrict to furnish the hauling of the gravel
and the ~_nstalling of the tubing; that TO loads of travel be put
on ~~ade Acres Road and 10 loads of f~ravel on the Indian dills Road,
seconded by Scrivner, the roll was called and votes were as follows:

Youn;~-a_ ye .
Young moved that the City employ a C.P.A, to bring the records
up to date as of P~;arch 31, 1959, seconded by Clark, the roll was .alled
and votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klamm-aye; Nelson-.eye; NIcneon-aye;
Scrivner-aye; and Young-rye.
Klamm moved that B'11 D:o. 1005 being bill providing for the
appropriation of money out of the ~ere_~a1 fand of tr:e City of Riverside
°or the payment o.f. certain indebtedness as follows be I~laced on its
