A r: gular meeting of the board of aldermen of the City of
TtS_verside, T°issouri was held tig~, rch 5, 1957 in the City Hc~11 in Rivers-de,
at ~: -0 p.m. Upon a roll call, aldermen ClarTc, Klamm, Scrivner, and
Young were prescr_t, Nelson and Satiryer absent.
Treasurer's report for mont'n of February, 1957 bras read and
accepted as read. Collectors report for month of February, 1957 was
read and rccepted as read.
T~rr. Hensley drnquired regarding permit for nursery in
conj~rrction kith the D-X Ser~:~ice Station, but &~ was informed that
he would have t o have separate license for the nursery and station,
but the am:~unt of the nursery would be determined a little later.
Mr. There?rant also inquired re;;~ rd ing nursery license
and so did Nir. John Scott. They too were advised that the license
fee ~r: u ld be determined later.
Scrivner moved that T~~ayor Fill°er appoint Nlrs. Smith as police
ma tron b eginning I~iarch 5 , 1957 until Apr' 1 15, 1957 a t no salary,
;conded by Clark, the roll was c~11ed and Votes were as follows:

Scrivner moved that rules be suspended and B~11 No. 275 be
placed on its sec;~nd read`_ng, seconded by Clark, the roll was called

Nelson-absent; Sawyer-absent; Young--aye; and Bill No. 275 was a ccordirgly
read.
Kla:r.m moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 275 be placed

money out of the ~ensral fund of the City of Riverside, Tw:issolzri,
for the paymentof certain indebtedness as follows be placed on its
