OF THE CITY OF RIVERSIDE

A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Riverside
Pissouri was held in the City Mall in Riverside, Missouri on February 7,
1956, at 8:'`0 P.m, and upon a roll call, alderr;en Clark, Tdelson,
Scrivner, and. Young cadre present; ILlanun and Traugott, absent, Mayor
FilF-,er cal lin=_ said meeting; to order.
The subject of rock for the roads was brou~.ht up by Scrivner and
motion by Nelson, seconded by Clark that Scrivner be given permission
to order 20 loads of rock for the roads and to get like amount
from the special road district, the roll was called and. votes were
as follows: Clark-aye; Klamm-absent; Nelson-aye; Trauggott-absent;
;crivner-aye; and Young-aye;
Thereupon Scrivner moved that Bill No. 222, same being bill
approving the platt of Renner Plaza No. 6, a sub-division of
land. in City of Riverside, Platte County, T~iissouri, be placed on
its first reading, seconded by Clark, The roll was called and
votes were as follows: Clark-a~ie; Klamm-absent; Nelson-aye;
Scrivner-a -e; 'Traugott-aye; Young-aye; ane B 11 No. 222 was
a ~cordingly read.
Thereupon Nelson moved that rules be suspended and bill No. 222
be placed on its second reeding, seconded. by Nelson, the rollwas
called and. votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klazr~tn-absent;
Nelson-aye; Scrivner-aye; `~rau~ott-absent; Young-aye; ar.d Bill No. 222
was accord of?ly read.
Thereupon Scrivner- moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 222
be ;laced on i.ts third reading and upon passage of same became Nfi~inance
No. 221, seconded by Nelson, the roll was called and votes were as
follows: C1arTc-a6e; Klarrm-absent; Nelson-aye; Scrivner-aye;
Traugott-absent; Young-aye; and bill No. 222 was accordingly
read, ~ proved by Mayor P'lger and became Ord. No. 221.
Thereupon Scrivner moved that Bill No. 223 being a bill providing
for the appropriation of money out of the General Fund of the City
of Riverside, Misscuri, f or the paymentof certa`n indebtedness as
follows:

and votes were as follows: Clark-a6e; Klamm-absent; Nelson-aye;
Scrivner-aye; `T'raugott-absent- Young-aye; and. Bill No. 223 was accord-
ingly read;
Scrivner moved that rules ?~e suspended and Bill No. 223 ue placed on
its second reading, seconded by N l ~ n, the roll was called and votes

Traugott-absent-; Young-ay-e; and Bi~~rNdil~2$ was accordingly read.
Nelson moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 223 be placed on its
third reading and upon passage of same become Ord. No. 222, seconded
by Glark, the roll was called and votes :.ere as follows:
Clark-aye; Klamm-absent; Nels n-aye; Scrivner-aye; Traugott-absent;
Young-aye; and Bill No.223 was accordingly read, approved by Mayor
Filer and became Ord. No. 222.
