Riverside, Missouri, was held in the City Hallin riverside, rio. d
upon a roll call, Aldermen Clark, Klamm, Nelson, Scrivner xade present
and. Trau~ott and Youngwere absent, Mayor Filger calling said meeting
to order.
T~anutes of February 21, 1956 meeting were read and approved
s read.
Collectors report for month of 1~'ebruary 1956 was read. and
s~x~a~e~. accepted.
hr. 1{Jrnest Renner presented contemplated plans for lame
b~zsiness in the bottoms and wanted to know if the city would
help with[ the buildin` of sewers and roads and after a discussion
nothing definite was established, except for the fact that it was
quite certain financial help from the city could not be gotten
at this time, with regard to helping of the building of sewers and
rods.
Mr, I~`ullens, Architect pr sented the drawing of the
city hall, also layout of the baseball diamond, He suggested
since he was of the opinion the city wanted something which
would be permanent, he recommended l2" wall with brick facing,
and th.e council seemed to agree on this recommendation, x~;~cxDC~t~aa

the ^:1ans, Mr. Mullens shed he would get bids on the building.
The.reu°~on Scrivner moved that Bill No, 228 being a bill
providing for the'appropri~~tion of money out o:P the general fund of the
city of Riverside, b~issouri, for the payment of certain indebtedness
as follows; b<~ placed on its first reading;
