of Riverside, Missouri,
March 20, 1956
A regular meeting of the Board of Aldermer. of the City of River-
Side, Missouri was held at the City Hall in Riverside, March 20,
at 8:00 p.m. Upon a roll call, Aldermen, Clark, Klamm, Nelson,
Scrivner, Trau~ott, and Young were pre.sent. Mayor E'ilger calling
said meeting to order.
Treasurer's report for month of Februmy was read and accepted.
Panutes of regular meeting of Board of Aldermen of March ~
were read and approved as read.
Mr. 2-.ullins presented completed plans for City Ha11 Bui]tding
and Notice that bids will be accepted for the building w.ll be accepted
by the Architect and opened at the regular meeting of the Board of
Aldermen April 17, 8:00 p.m. was advertised in the P]Latte County
gazette.

It was requested by the Police Judge that several ordinances
be written.
P'ayor Filger appointed Mrs. John Brenner, Mrs. Cecil King
and Mrs. Ferd Ff.lger to be on the play ground committee.
Thereupon Scrivner moved that Bill No. 229 be placed on
its first re~:d;.ng, said bill providing for the appropriation of
money out of the General Fund of the City of River-side, Missouri
for the payment of certain indebtedness as follows, Sa~.~~

seconded by Clark, the roll was cal led and votes were as follows:

Young-aye; and Bill No. 229 was accordingly read.
Thereupon Nelson moved that Smlls be suspended and Bill No. 229
be placed on its second reading, seconded by Clark, the r oll w as cal led
and votes were as follows: Clark aye; Klamm-aye; Scrivner-aye;
Nelson-aye; Traugott-aye; Young-aye; Bill No. 229 was accordingly read.
Nelson moved that rules besuspended. and B'.11 No. 22~ be

K_lamm moved that Alfred A. Pioore residential building permit,

seconded by Scrivner, the roll was called and. all voted in favor.

Thereupon Scrivner moved that Bill No. ?_30 e ng a bill ing

Riverside, Tissouri April 3, 1956, seconded by C]a rk, the roll was
called and votes were as follows: Clark-aye; Kla.nun-aye; Nelson-aye;
Scrivner-aye; Tr^u~ott-aye; Young=~$ye; and Bill N0. 230 was accordingly
read.

Nelson moved. that Rules be suspended and B'~11 No. 230 be

Nelson moved that rules be suspended. and Bill No. 230

Clark moved meeting adjourn, seconded by Nelson, meeting
adjourned.
