JUNE 5, 1956.
A regular meeting of the Board of Alcermen of the City of RJ~verside,
Missouri was held in the City Hall at 8:00 p.m. June 5, 1956. Upon a
roll call, alderman Clark-Klemm, Scrivner, Nelson, Young were present,
Traugott a~hent,and Mayor Filger calling said meeting to order.
Clark moved that Young be president of City Council, seconded by
Zcrivner, the roll~ss called and v otes were a.s follows: Clark-aye;
Klemm-aye; Nelson-aye; Scrivner-aye; Traugott ageent and Young Nay.

Collectors report for month of isay/was read and accepted.
Oral complaints were received regarding Swafford du::ping trash,
garbage, etc.onrihis property in North W:od Acxes.
A lengthy discussion was .had on the additional charge for
setting foundation or footing of the city hall building and also the
change of the location of. same. Clark moved that Change Order No. 2
ba accepted, same covering the additional charge for footing, e tc.
of Oity Haull Builing, seconded by Nelson the roll was called and votes
were as follows: Clark-yes; Klemm-Yes; Dielson-Yes; ~~crivner-no;
Traugott-abse~; and Young-no.
After another discussion of the matter, Scrivner moved that the
City Hall building be moved back to where it was,s~~o~~e~ ~~reNelson,
the roll ~„as called and notes were as follows: Clark-aye; Klemm-aye;
Iuelson-ayes Scrisner-aye; Traugott-absent; round;-dye;
Klemm moved that Business building permit of R. O. Herman t~ol}
Apts. 13, ].i~., 15, and 16 be approved, seconded by Clark, the mll
