A regular rne~ting of the Board of Aldermen of t'ae Ca.ty of
R$retsside, 1`;issouri was held in the City~Iallin Riverside, August 7,
1956, at 8:00 P.h~, and upon a roll call, aldermen Clark, Klamm,
Nelson, Scrivner and Youn~* were present, Trautott absent. Tabor
ilgerca_llin~ said raeetin-l to order.

Treasu~~r's report for month of July was read, giving balanne of

Collector's report for month of July was re~-d and accepted.
Discussion on land fill application by A?orth Kar.se~s City hauling
Corcnany, lvr. Filger and. N;r. Duncan to conta~~•Nlyer, City Engineer.
A d'scussion on street numbering by T~'ir. Cushing was dad.
Motion made by Young, seconded by Clark to accept Rose Const.
Co. Building permits onlots ~2, LTLI., and i~3 tLn Seven Oaks t~~s~akmm
Addition, subject to blue prints; Earl F. Plank, Lot 26, Block 3,
Indian Hills, residential building permits, H. C. Suddarth~s remodeling
permit, and Edger Oil Company, for business building permit,
the roll was called and votes were as follows, Clark-aye; Klaimn-aye;
Nelson-aye; Scrivner-aye; Trau~;ott-abse't; You??^-a~T^,
Young moved. that C't;* of Riverside's bank account be transferred
to Bank of Riversi.d.e, second by Scrivner, the roll was called and votes
were ~.s follows: Clark-aye; Klarrmi-aye; Scrivner-aye; Trau~;ott-absent

Nelson moved that Bill AIo. 250, same being- bill provid ng
appropriation of r~_oney out of the general fund of the City of
Riverside, T~assouri for the payment of certain indebtedness as
placed on its first reading:
