Mr, Kimbro requested permit to sell mellons in Riverside and
also permit to build building, but such application was not
presented. The Council advised type of building best to suit
this type bf business and Mr. Kimbro said he would submit
proposed building plan, if he decided to complete his plans.
Mr. Pease submitted drawing of sub~alivision in Northwood Acres
w):ich showed the lots and road. The oo uncil advised Mr. "Pea se
specifications of r~ d before tbewould become a city road er street.
Also Mr. Pease would submit restrictions h e will have in said
subdivis ion,
Mrs. Thompson requested that the matter of a certain road in
i~iorthwood Acres which is South of Tebbie property and on the
West side of Batliner~s Property be widened. Said pcr tion of
ro ad is only 20 feet wide and ~-I.t is tizi s width f or only a short
distance, The council advised the Road Committee would investigate
this matter and see what could be done about getting a L{.0 ft.
right of way.
Young movedthat Mrs. Crabtree~s application for remodeling;
Mr. William Kalivas app~ica tion for resid ential building; and
Sam Licovoli~s applic at ion for busi ness building all be approved,
second by Klamm, the ro 11 was called and all voted in fava~.
Young moved that G. C. Coleman~s application for business
license be approved subject to Mr. Coleman's business be confined
to the building including all typesof material and scrap, subject
to the approval of the adjustment board.
Scrivner reported he received several complaints regarding Eagle
Animal Hospit al btm ning dogs, dog hair, etc, rather than burying
the animals. Klamm advised he would talk to Dr. Eagle regardin g
the situation.
Scrivner suggested that now is the time for the weeds to be mowed
along the roads right of way and Klamm requested he would like
weeds to be mowed along St, Jeep h Blvd.
Nelson moved that Bill No. 195 being a bill providing for the appro-
priation ofmoney outof the general funds of the C$ y of Riverside
for the paymentof certain indebtedness as follows:

Florence E. Guthrie (Notarizing sheets for warrants 8.50
Shorts Service(Gas,0i1, etc. for police car) 77.07
Mrs. A. Davis (Clerk of Poljc e Court) 10.00

be placed on its first reading, second by Clark the roll was called
and votes were as Sollows: Clark-aye; Klamm-aye; Nelson-aye;
Scrivner-aye; Traugott-absent; Young-aye; and Bill No. 195
was accordingly read.
Scrivner moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 195 be placed
on its second reading, second by Klamm, the roll was called and

vot es were as follows; Clark-aye; Klamm-aye; Nelson-aye;
Scrivner-aye; Traugott-absent; and Young-aye; and Bill No. 195
was accordingly read.
Thereupon Klamm moved that rules be suspended and Bill No. 195
be pl^ced on its third reading and upon passage of same become
Ord. No. 191.x, second by Clark, the roll was called and votes
were as follows: Clark-aye; Klemm-aye; Nelson-aye; Scrivner-aye;
Traugott-absent and Young-aye; and Bill No. 195 was accordingly
read, approved by Mayor Filger and became Ordinance No. 191.1-.
Klemm moved meeting adjourn, second by Nelson, meeting adjourned.
