and also that r.is uncle a.~?roved of same. It later developed
I:r. Batliner's uncle .has title to the property azd would be
emir~ly up to the uncle to ive permission. Iieseemed to think
a ni~hway would -possibly be bui-'_t through his -oroperty and
tirould advise later rez ardin~; this :.titter. The council decided
it would be best for some one ~;;o talk to T•ir. 3atliner's uncle
and advise him of just lahat the condition is and perhaps he
would permit the ~;ideni n;r of said road.
